Furnished with attention to the smallest details, with soft colors, complete with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and barbecue.
The studio is 20 square meters.

DOWN PAYMENT
At the time of booking a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required, by bank transfer within 48 hours of booking.

DEPARTURE/ARRIVALS
Check-in: from 13:00 onwards
Payments only by bank transfer or cash. Payment will be collected upon arrival at the property.
Check-out: before 10:00

DEPOSIT
Deposit of 50 €: this deposit is an amount issued as a guarantee for any damage caused to the structure. This amount is returned at the end of the stay unless any damage is found.

PROHIBITIONS
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Respect for silence is required from 10pm to 8am.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations canceled within 40 days of arrival no penalty.
Reservations canceled with less than 7 days from the arrival date will be charged 100% of the booked stay.

SUPPORT
Presence of staff 24 hours a day.
